"A classic and traditional sauce of the Italian cuisine. It originates from Rome and it packs a delightful punch of heat and spice.

It is very versatile and it is the ideal dressing for penne or short pasta. Add chopped fresh parsley and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Also ideal to use with chicken and prawn dishes, or with grilled aubergines and marrows for a vegetarian option. You can also spread it on bread to enliven your sandwiches and snacks."
