FIA & SO Liqueurs produces small-batch fruit liqueurs crafted using a traditional Southern Italian slow-infusion method, reimagined in the Cape. Run by an Italian family, the brand is rooted in a desire to restore and celebrate the true identity of Limoncello and Southern Italian liqueurs in Cape Town. Many limoncello products have drifted away from the true identity of the liqueur, FIA & SO aims to restore its authenticity. A hallmark of true limoncello reveals itself when properly chilled: once placed in the freezer, it becomes naturally thick and dense, taking on a softly muted yellow hue with a syrupy texture — a result of real lemon oils, slow infusion, and time.
