Crafted in Cape Town by an Italian family, FIA & SO Limoncello is produced using Southern Italian traditional slow-infusion methods and natural ingredients only. Fresh lemon peel is patiently infused by hand in small, carefully controlled batches to extract pure citrus oils with clarity and balance. See the difference in FIA & SO Limoncello — once chilled, its true form appears: a dense texture and a softly muted yellow hue. On the nose, bright lemon zest and fresh citrus aromatics lead.
