Fresco Italia | Prosciutto Crudo

Ayama | Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Giuseppe Giusti | Balsamic Vinegar
Using butter, toast 2 slices of Sourdough bread, or any other bread of your choice.
Slice a few cherry tomatoes and marinate in some extra virgin olive oil. Salt to taste.
Add a few slices of prosciutto crudo onto one slice of toasted bread and set aside.
Tear up some bocconcini balls and place them on the other slice of toasted bread.
Top bocconcini with roasted peppers, cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
Complete with a drizzle of Giuseppe Giusti Balsamic Vinegar and place prosciutto crudo and sourdough slice on top.
