A savoury and earthy blend (pesto-like consistency) of summer truffles, button mushrooms, parsley, and olive oil.

Use as a spread for canapés, drizzle onto pizza, fold into cream sauces.

Champignon mushrooms 56%, extra virgin olive oil, black olives, black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 5%, aroma (flavour and flavouring), porcini mushroom extract (Boletus Edulis), salt
