JUST LOVE THIS PESTO, MY ABSOLUTE NO 1 GO TO!!!
I went hiking in the Cedarberg, was wading through the Kromriver, when a flash flood took place. My rugsack was ripped off my shoulders, but fortunately I had kept the Pesto separately in my pocket. I landed up spending three days holed up in the Wolfberg Arch, and survived on two scorpions and the Pesto, but it was the nourishing Pesto that kept me alive. I'm sure you have heard the song Last night a DJ saved my life. Well to paraphrase, Last night your Pesto saved my life. I owe you more than I can ever say Grazie

Love this pesto, it doesn't have a layer of oil on it like the local ones, and it's a more subtle flavour. I'll have to buy a case next time so I always have in my cupboard

This product adds instant flavour and texture to any pasta dish. I spread it generously over ravioli to enhance the taste of that dish instead of cream sauce. Similarly on angel hair pasta with Parmesan cheese (I use nutritional yeast in place of the cheese)

Best pesto - creamy and delicious!!
By far the best Pesto in a bottle, I toss it in some hot Spaghetti with a bit of Parmesan or spread on toast topped with sliced tomatoes. Delicious!

We have been using Polli Pesto regularly from the time I purchased a bottle just to try it as it is very well priced. It is delicious with all manner of pasta dishes. I re-ordered the pesto on an evening when I went to the fridge and found that I had very little of my last bottle of Polli pesto was almost empty. Since my wife and I use it constantly, I immeditely ordered another 6 bottles. I was extremely impressed with the fact that I received my order the very next afternoon.
