Born from the encounter of the Giusti 3 Gold Medals and truffles, this dense condiment is mellow, intense and persistent. The dehydrated black truffle is matured together with the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena in wooden casks, infusing a complete balance of flavours. Aged for 12 years.
Ingredients: cooked grape must, wine vinegar and dehydrated truffle.
Ageing: In ancient oak barrels.
Serving Suggestions: beef tartare, omelets, fresh egg pasta and a creamy risotto.
