Product description
The Anforina Collection represents a selection of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena referring to the ancient tradition of local family to keep its Balsamic Vinegar in elegant glass ampoules to give them to family and friends as a gift. Composed by the quality 1 Silver Medal, each amphora is finished by hand, sealed with raw rope and red wax sealing and kept inside a special box. Aged for 6 years.
Ingredients: cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In French oak barrels, from the 1900s with the addition of aged balsamic vinegar extracted from centuries old casks.
Serving Suggestions: salad, vegetables, sauces and slowed cooked stews.

Orders below R500 within 100kms of our distribution centres have a R50 delivery fee.
There is a flat delivery fee of R150 to the rest of SA.
