Fior di latte is a handmade semi soft mozzarella cheese. It has become an increasingly popular cheese to use on pizza as it melts perfectly and can be easily frozen and defrosted. Enjoy it with fresh basil and tomatoes drizzled in olive oil or as a salad topping or serve with warm bread.
