Tomato juice partially evaporated with citric acid. Product obtained from healthy and mature fruits, which are processed quickly to ensure the best conditions product subjected to pasteurization process.
Use as it is or for tomato sauces preparation.

This passata is tasty and really versatile. I used it to make this delicious tomato-y bolognaise, and it's perfect as the tomato base (with a sprinkle of Italian herbs) when you make your own pizzas.

Love this Pasata. I buy it a case at a time and keep it in my pantry for all tomato based recipes. Fantastic as a pizza topping, in bolognese and anywhere else that calls for tinned or strained tomatoes. No pips or skins, just a lovely smooth sauce.
