Burrata is a handmade mozzarella ball filled with ripped mozzarella soaked in double cream known as 'Stracciatella', just ready to ooze out. Eat as is or drizzle with olive oil, season and enjoy with warm bread. Serve only once at room temperature.

Orders below R500 within 100kms of our distribution centres have a R50 delivery fee.
