Saffa Fizz

• 25 ml Solento

• 4 dashes Peach Bitters

• Top with San Pellegrino Pompelmo

Method:

1. Fill a coupe or stemmed cocktail glass with ice.

2. Add Solento and Peach Bitters.

3. Top with Pompelmo and stir gently.

Serve chilled and enjoy!
