Create brown sugar simple syrup by combining 1-part brown sugar with 1 part water. Bring to a boil and mix until brown sugar has completely dissolved. Let cool.
Combine 1/4 cup Solento Añejo, a tablespoon of the brown sugar simple syrup, and 2 dashes of aromatic bitters.
Serve in a rocks glass over ice and garnish with a cherry.
