Ingredients

  1. Ciao white beans, drained and rinsed
  2. Ciao chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  3. Polli artichokes in fine herbs 285G
  4. Polli green pitted olives 300G
  5. 1/4 red or white onion
  6. 1 lemon juiced
  7. zest of one lemon
  8. 1/2 cucumber, diced
  9. 1 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  10. 3/4 cup fresh basil sliced
  11. 2 tbsp Polli capers
  12. 1 tsp salt
  13. 1 tbsp black pepper
  14. 2-3 tbsp Colavita olive oil
  15. 1 tbsp Colavita red wine vinegar
  16. 1-2 cans tuna
