(Serves 4):
- 500g Colavita spaghetti
- 100G Polli Garlic and Peppers
- 285G Polli Grilled peppers
- 6 tablespoons of Colavita EV Olive Oil
- a handful of chopped fresh parsley (optional)
How to prepare
- Cook spaghetti in a large pot with salted boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked al dente. Follow the cooking time on the package.
- Now in a pan, heat 6 tablespoons of Colavita extra virgin olive oil, add the garlic and chilli peppers, and fry it for about 2 minutes, making sure it does not burn. Add the grilled peppers and sauté for about 3 minutes.
- Drain the spaghetti. Transfer to the pan with the garlic and peppers and sauté over high heat to give the spaghetti flavour.
- Serve spaghetti aglio e olio really hot with a sprinkling of finely chopped fresh parsley.
