Spaghetti aglio e olio

(Serves 4):

  1. 500g Colavita spaghetti
  2. 100G Polli Garlic and Peppers
  3. 285G Polli Grilled peppers
  4. 6 tablespoons of Colavita EV Olive Oil
  5. a handful of chopped fresh parsley (optional)

How to prepare

  1. Cook spaghetti in a large pot with salted boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked al dente. Follow the cooking time on the package.
  2. Now in a pan, heat 6 tablespoons of Colavita extra virgin olive oil, add the garlic and chilli peppers, and fry it for about 2 minutes, making sure it does not burn. Add the grilled peppers and sauté for about 3 minutes.
  3. Drain the spaghetti. Transfer to the pan with the garlic and peppers and sauté over high heat to give the spaghetti flavour. 
  4. Serve spaghetti aglio e olio really hot with a sprinkling of finely chopped fresh parsley.
