Orange Italian Fernet Braca Cocktail

Ingredients:
- 30 ml vodka
- 30 ml Fernet Branca
- 15 ml fresh squeezed orange juice
- 2 sugar cubes (optional)
- 120-180 ml ginger beer
- Orange zest

Instructions:
1. If using sugar cubes, muddle them in the cocktail shaker with the vodka, Fernet Branca, and orange juice until dissolved.

2. Add ice to the cocktail shaker, then pour in the vodka, Fernet Branca, and orange juice (with or without sugar cubes).

3. Shake the mixture vigorously until well combined.

4. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.

5. Strain the cocktail into the rocks glass.

6. Top with ginger beer, adjusting the amount to your preference (typically 120-180 ml).

7. Garnish with a twist of orange zest.

8. Optionally, stir gently before serving.

9. Serve immediately and enjoy your Fernet Moscow Mule!
