This one is for the blue cheese lovers! Burrata Gorgonzola is a fresh soft burrata stuffed with creamy gorgonzola, uniting famous cheeses from the North and South of Italy. Eat as is or drizzle with olive oil, season and enjoy with warm bread. They can also be used as a topping for pizza or salad. Serve only once at room temperature.
